A 70-year-old Lyons man was cited after his pickup rolled over Wednesday and spilled a load of rocks onto U.S. 36 in Boulder County.
The man suffered minor injuries in the crash, said Trooper Gary Cutler, of the Colorado State Patrol.
Cutler said CSP was dispatched to the rollover about 12:20 p.m. Wednesday. The man was trapped in his pickup until first responders arrived. There were no passengers in the truck.
Cutler said he didn’t have access Wednesday night to information that explained what the man was cited for.
The Colorado Department of Transportation responded to the scene to clean up the rocks that spilled, Cutler said.
