PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- First responders were dealing with a mess on the westbound side of the Ben Franklin Bridge after a tractor-trailer flipped over on Monday morning.
The crash happened around 11 a.m. and the driver was pulled from the wreckage a short time later. We are still waiting for word on injuries.
Officials are warning drivers to expect delays heading into the city.
Chopper 6 was over the scene on the Old City side of the bridge.
