FIRST SERVE
The South Dakota Coyotes (16-9, 13-3) hit the road for the final time in Summit League play, beginning with Thursday's 7 p.m. match at North Dakota (1-27, 0-16).

THE COYOTES
South Dakota is tied with Denver for second place in the Summit League and a pair of wins would secure the No. 2 seed in the upcoming Summit League tournament.
Elizabeth Juhnke, who has reached double figures in kills in all but one match, leads the offensive attack at 3.76 kills per set. The junior averages 4.02 kills per set in league play while her 253 total kills in league play are most in the Summit.
Senior Sami Slaughter averages 2.57 kills per set while junior Madison Harms contributes 2.48 kills per set for a team that is averaging 12.94 kills per set while posting a .254 attack percentage in all matches.
Aimee Adams, a junior, adds 1.93 kills per set and senior Maddie Wiedenfeld 1.64 for an offense directed by senior setter Madison Jurgens who is at 10.22 assists per set. 
South Dakota ranks second in the Summit League in blocks per set (2.34) as Harms, who leads the Summit League in solo blocks with 23, is second in the Summit at 1.30 blocks per set. 
Harms also ranks second in the Summit League in hitting percentage at .400 while Wiedenfeld is ninth in the league at .312. 
Defensively, senior libero Lolo Weideman ranks second in the Summit League, averaging 4.51 digs per set while Juhnke is at 2.88 and Jurgens 2.06. 

LAST TIME OUT
South Dakota saw its six-match win streak snapped in a four-set home loss to Omaha, who clinched a share of the regular season league title.
Juhnke had 17 kills and 12 digs for her 13th double-double of the season while Harms had 11 kills and hit .556.
Madison Jurgens had 37 assists and 12 digs while Weideman had 20 digs.

CAREER LISTS
Juhnke moved up to eighth on the career kills list with 1,231. Next on the list is Audrey Reeg (2013-16) with 1,266.
Jurgens sits third on the career assists list with 4,463, a total that ranks seventh in Summit League history. 
Jurgens sits fourth on the service aces list with 146 and is only two away from Liz Lough (1992-95) in third.
Weideman is in 9th on the career digs list with 1,288. Next on the list is Becky Olson (2000-03) at 1,305.

NORTH DAKOTA
Lexi Ahrens leads the offensive attack at 2.42 kills per set while she is also the team leader in blocks per set at 1.15. 
Ashlyn Olson averages 1.82 kills per set while McCallister Gayle is at 1.34, Maddy Hornyak 1.26, Kelly Wahl 1.24 and Abi McGlynn 1.02.
The Fighting Hawks 6-2 offense is directed by setters Peyton Sewell (4.18 assists per set) and Kortney Carney (3.41 assists per set).

LAST TIME OUT
North Dakota dropped its rival match with North Dakota State in three sets.
McGlynn and Olson had 11 kills while Hornyak added nine. 
Carney had 21 assists while Sewell had 12 assists and 10 digs.
Hart led the defensive efforts with 11 digs.

THE SERIES
South Dakota has won eight in a row in the series, including seven straight sweeps to even the Division I series 12-12.

UP NEXT
The Coyotes will close the regular season on Saturday at North Dakota State.
