#WhatsHappening: Fremont County School District #25 hosting “Lighten The Load” event - County 10 News

(Riverton, WY)– FCSD #25 will host a series of workshops on how to “lighten the load” for families on Monday, September 20th, from 5-7pm at Willow Creek Elementary School.

The stations included in this workshop are: Parenting with love and logic, Breathing techniques for body and mind, Executive functioning-Raising a mental ninja, Social emotional learning, and Self care (Emotional Well Being).

No need to stay for the entire 2 hours. Families are encouraged to come when you can, leave when you must. There will be childcare provided.
