UPPER MACUNGIE TWP., Pa. - A stretch of Route 100 South is closed in Lehigh County Monday afternoon after an oversized load got stuck under a bridge.
It appeared the load got stuck under the I-78 bridge over Route 100 in Upper Macungie Township, according to PennDOT.
Route 100 South at Tilghman Street and the I-78 West ramp to Route 100 South are closed.
There's no word on whether anyone was hurt.
Engineers were called to the scene to assess any damage to the bridge.
