NORTH AUGUSTA, SC. (WRDW/WAGT) - The Augusta GreenJackets, in partnership with Mountaire Farms, is bringing back their huge, discounted chicken sale to CSRA residents.
Customers must preorder, pay, and choose a pickup time in advance. Those orders can be made online by clicking here.
Orders will be available for pickup on Friday, January 29 from 12:00 p.m. (noon) to 6:00 p.m. during the pickup time frame you choose (15-minute window).
This chicken pre-sale offers 2 options for purchase:
40-pound case of 100 percent all-natural drumsticks for $30 ($.75 per pound)
Each bag contains approx. 8-10 drumsticks. The case is double-lined to prevent leaking boxes. The product is fresh and can be taken home to package individual pieces for future consumption.
OR
40-pound case of 100 percent all-natural skinless boneless chicken breast for $55 ($1.37 per pound)
Each five-pound exact weight heat sealed bag contains approximately five fillets. The packaging leads to improved freshness and the ability to open and use just five pounds at a time.
Also in partnership with the Golden Harvest Food Bank, SRP Park is offering the opportunity to donate a case to help support collection efforts as well.
Pre-orders must be placed by Sunday, January 24th at 11:59 p.m.
